The Accelerator program has four core learning areas. Strategy, People, Execution and Cash. Each area dives deep into the common business roadblocks entrepreneurs face. Like how to create sustainable topline growth, become the kind of organization that attracts top talent, develop a strategic advantage over your competitors, and make financial decisions based on sound cash acceleration strategies.
Connect
Once part of the program, you will be able to network with other emerging entrepreneurs who can offer insights and lessons from their own personal experiences. The networking among Accelerator participants is considered one of the most invaluable cornerstones of the program.
Training
The Accelerator program is facilitated by volunteers within the larger EO community. Each quarter you’ll meet with a successful entrepreneur in your area who will help guide you through the program and help you deal with issues you face in your company and help you maximize your learning.
Accountability
As a program participant you will be matched with other entrepreneurs to form a small group to form what is known as an Accountability Group. This is the same format used in EO. This model ensures you are maximizing your learning and growth. Each group will be provided with training, a framework and tools based on best practices used in EO.
